You know, it's times like these that I'm very happy I made The Daily Galaxy my homepage!

Sod the Olympics! Now this IS something worth crawling out of bed for...Brilliant!

Congratulations NASA and JPL!!!

Sorry, It's the crack of dawn here!

Never mind the Olympics, this is something I don't mind dragging myself out of bed for..Brilliant! (Better?)

YES, Sod the olympics!
THIS is the most worthwile endeavour for all of this planet.
More funding, more missions, more permanent bases please!
Wow! Those guys at NASA know their engineering to successfully land that rover with all the thousands of things that could have gone wrong! WOW!!

This is indeed a wonderful achievement in space exploration! I feel lucky to be able to 'witness' it.

That is the mos amazing thing I have seen since 1969 when I was 10 yrs old and saw Neil step on the moon... Truly AMAZING ! NASA .. Dont know what to ay, to put that togeter and land it, just Blows me away.. I really hope this turns into massive funding to you. Cant even start to understand your joy for team parties tonight ! DARE MIGHTY THINGS !!! Nigel...Made me feel like a smart Human today ! :-)

Stayed up late watching the live NASA feed of the Curiosity rover landing on Mars. For some reason I didn't think it was going to make it. Glad I was wrong, go Curiosity rover, go.

Congratulations NASA! That was a sight to see last night live on your webpage! That was really thrilling and I had all faith in you guys! How come this doesn't make front page of every paper, or website is beyond me. Again congratulations!
