Hey, Galaxy Fans -Help Save Us from the Purple Death! (7/17)
Just kidding! But we do need your help to keep up the Galaxy's phenomenal growth and keep the cool content coming your way daily.
How? Take a few seconds and click on and visit the ads of our valued sponsors in the top right column -Verizon, Nokia, Symantec, WebEx -to name a few.
Our thanks! The Galaxy Editorial Team.

Sure, why not? If every time we suck tons of bytes from the internet for pleasure, a few extra clicks should not be a problem, especially for quality sites. The problem is, I couldn't find out the sponsors that you've mentioned.

I'd be happy to, but I'm wondering - are you really comfortable with encouraging us to click on ads for "The Final Theory", tag-lined as "The bestselling book our scientists hope you never read. Find out why!"
Really?
Its like having an ad for a book promoting 6-day creationism.
Is it because the ad is served by Google you can't choose what appears?

The writing on this site is banal, as if written by 20-somethings addicted to energy drinks and too much gaming. It is trite and often fails to properly explain or expand. It is excessively optimistic and seems to worship science more than be delighted by it. Is this site meant for teens? Is that why the advertising is teen-gamer-excess caffiene oriented?
This site has immense untapped potential and I am hoping it can survive long enough without my tapping on teen-oriented advertising for some of that potential to be realized.
My fingers are crossed.
