Angels or Demons? Video of LHC's $6 Billion Journey to the Beginning of Time
In Dan Brown's blockbuster thriller, Angels & Demons, to be a 2008 movie starring Tom Hanks, Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon tries to stop what seems to be the Illuminati, a legendary secret society, from destroying the Vatican City with the newly-discovered power of antimatter discovered by CERN physicist, Leonardo Vetra, who was found murdered in his own secured, private quarters at the facility. Vetra's chest is branded with a symbol — the word "Illuminati", formed as an ambigram, using a hot iron.
The events taking place today at CERN's Large Hadron Collider outside Geneva, Switzerland are in many ways far more exciting than Brown's novel, as one of the world's largest assembled teams of scientists attempt to discover what is considered the “Holy Grail” of particle physics, the Higgs Boson, and rec-create the conditions that existed a few seconds after the Big Bang and the creation of our universe.
The video linked below is a brilliant tour de force of one of mankind's most exciting voyages of discovery -a journey to the beginnings of time.

This should prove interesting. Too bad they'll never find the Higgs - Belrad conclusively disproved both the Big Bang and QT's mass and gravity sub theories in a series of award-winning papers back in 2007. Still, with the LHC so far along, it would be silly not to activate it and see what happens! And just in time for the movie that it features in, too.
